Terms of Service for Susanity and Services Provided By Susan T. Ouellette Live, Virtually, and In Person.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Susanity, located in Sturbridge, Massachusetts. These Terms of Service govern your use of our services, including but not limited to appointment booking, participation in live events, and the purchase and use of gift cards. I am committed to providing you with the highest quality of services while ensuring the privacy and comfort of our clients. Please carefully read and understand these terms as they contain important information regarding your rights and responsibilities.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Susanity, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

3. Appointment Booking and Fee

3.1. Booking Appointments: You may book appointments for massage therapy and other wellness services through our website, or by contacting me directly. By booking an appointment, you agree to attend the scheduled appointment at the agreed-upon date and time.

3.2. Appointment Booking Fee: To secure your appointment, we may charge a non-refundable appointment booking fee. The booking fee will be clearly specified during the booking process and is payable at the time of booking. This fee reserves your appointment slot and is non-refundable.

3.3. Payment and Pricing: The pricing for my services, including any booking fees, will be clearly displayed on my website. Prices are subject to change, and I reserve the right to update pricing at any time. However, once an appointment is booked and the booking fee is paid, the price for that appointment will not change.

4. Live Events

4.1. Participation in Live Events: Susanity and Susan T Ouellette may host live events such as workshops, seminars, or classes. When you register for a live event, you agree to participate in the event as scheduled.

4.2. No Refunds for Live Events: All payments for live events are non-refundable. I do not provide refunds for any fees paid to participate in live events. In case you cannot attend a live event, I may be able to offer alternatives such as scheduling an in person session or conducting a 1:1 zoom with you however, no refunds will be provided for pre-purchased tickets under any circumstance.

5. Gift Card Purchase and Use

5.1. Gift Card Purchase Policy: When purchasing gift cards from Susanity, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

a. No Refunds: Gift cards are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for the purchase of gift cards.

b. Expiration: All gift cards must be used within one year (365 days) from the date of purchase. After the one-year period, the gift card will expire, and the remaining balance will be forfeited.

6. Walk-In Appointments

6.1. No Walk-In Appointments: For the privacy, safety, and comfort of my clients, my clinic doors remain locked throughout the day, and I do not accept walk-in appointments. All appointments must be pre-booked through my website, or by contacting me directly.

7. Late Arrivals and Rescheduling

7.1. Late Arrivals: I kindly request that clients arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your appointment to accommodate other clients. In some cases, late arrivals may be required to forfeit their appointments, and you will need to rebook and pay your appointment booking fee again.

8. Code of Conduct

When using my services, you agree to adhere to a respectful and considerate code of conduct. Disruptive, inappropriate, sexual in nature, or disrespectful behavior towards Susan T Ouellette or other clients will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who violate this code.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

I respect your privacy and protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.

10. Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated terms on my website. It is your responsibility to regularly review these terms for any updates.
